Is America the laughing stock of the world?

Trump mentioned that America is the laughing stock of the world after they joined the Paris Agreement, that other countries were poised to take over America's place after America promised to reduce carbon emissions in order to make the world a better place.

What the fuck are you talking about, you orange dingbat? Nobody was poised to do any sort of takeover and China only took over America's position in industrial manufacturing recently while America's own manufacturers' are still six times more efficient than Chinese ones. It's just that China has a lot of cheap manpower, allowing them to produce cheap goods and even then, there are other countries that can produce cheaper goods. Just ask Gap, Walmart, Joe Fresh and certain other companies.

So, was America a laughing stock? No, it was not, because joining the Paris Agreement was the in thing at the time, when we are slowly becoming more aware of climate change and are doing something to combat it.
