Or as the rest of the world calls it, not eating. Silicon Valley has decided to rename something that religious people and people who wants to lose weight quickly and my god, it sounds extremely stupid, nonsensical and superfluous.
Look, just call it dieting. We already know what it is. Calling it a biohack just underscores how pretentious you assholes are and by the way, those figures that you achieve based on those pictures also require you to exercise on a regular basis. Not just go on a freaking diet.
Goddamn rich people thinking that they came up with the answers to everything without even bothering to check and see if such a thing exists and whether it's good to actually do what the hell they are actually doing.
